Under these three conditions, your success is unstoppable
Do you want to be successful? Probably yes - and that's perfectly fine. Although you shouldn't hope for too much applause with this goal. Unfortunately, this makes us unpopular in certain circles, because social envy is quite pronounced here in Germany.
Fair is when everyone is equal
Only in France is it said to be even higher, as I recently read in a magazine article. That's why successful people who can afford an SUV have to pay obscenely high fees there if they want to park in the capital. We also talk a lot about social justice, which means that everyone should have, be and receive the same amount. So is success something evil?
The desire for success is innate
If that is the case, then we are all pretty bad people. Because striving for success is something we are born with. Even the Viennese psychologist Alfred Adler believed that the striving for further development and perfection is present in every human being. The reason for this, according to Adler, is an innate feeling of inferiority. Anyone who has small children and observes them can confirm this: When they play together, they want to be the first, the best or the fastest everywhere. If their parents want to help them, they are quick to shout gruffly: "I want to do that myself!"
So don't be irritated by other people's resentment - secretly, they would also like to be very successful - at least more successful than you. The urge to achieve something, to create something and to keep getting better is the most natural thing in the world.
Three conditions
But how does success come about? What is required for something to succeed? When the following three conditions come together in a person, their success is almost inevitable:
1. a strong need for a particular product, service or solution to a problem - merchants would say a large market.
2. the person's love and passion for a particular activity
3. the person's ability to do the job well and to keep getting better at it.
If you work in direct sales or network marketing, the first requirement is already fulfilled. There is a huge demand for the products and their results that are sold through this channel: Health, fitness, beauty. Lifestyle.
Do you love what you do?
You need to honestly examine for yourself how much you love your work in this industry. Do you enjoy working with others? Do you like to help? Do you enjoy approaching others and getting to know new people? Is your curiosity greater than your fear of rejection? If so, you can tick off the second requirement. You've come to the right place.
That's why you'll also master the third point - if not now, then very soon. Because if you enjoy doing something, you will strive to do it again and again. Each time you do it, you will get better at it. You will gather information and learn from others how you can do it even better. You will become a master of your trade!
Your right
Success is meant for you, it is your right and you can strive for it with a clear conscience. Don't let yourself be made small by those who only do this to make themselves appear a little bigger. Be the lighthouse whose light shows others the way.
